Original Pastel Painting

The Gaze has been produced with various forms of pastels on a pastel paper. The atmospheric dark background has a subtle underlayer of very dark purples and blues with a sparkling black overlay - to give the painting more depth than a solid black background. This was painted from a beautiful reference photo by @scootsart . Overall dimensions when in card mount are 14 x 11 inches.

NB. the photos above are a mock up of how the painting could look framed in a room setting. The Gaze will be supplied unframed but in a card mount.
